On February 23, 2025, in collaboration with the Archivio Musicale Guido Alberto Fano Onlus, the Sale Apollinee of La Fenice Opera House will host an exceptional concert celebrating the 150th. anniversary of composer Guido Alberto Fano’s birth. The event features internationally acclaimed artists Zlatomir Fung and Richard Fu performing a program of rich and evocative works.
The concert will present an exquisite selection of pieces, including:
- Guido Alberto Fano, Andante sostenuto – Allegretto scherzoso, a reflection of Fano’s lyrical brilliance.
- Giuseppe Martucci, Sonata in F sharp minor op. 52, a masterpiece of late Romanticism.
- Justin Dello Joio, “Due Per Due”, a contemporary work showcasing the dialogue between cello and piano.
