At the Malibran Theater on March 22 and 23, Chung leads the La Fenice Theater Orchestra in a captivating program. The highlight features Ludwig van Beethoven’s magnificent Concerto for piano, violin, cello, and orchestra in C major, op. 56. In this opus, the orchestra accompanies the virtuoso talents of violinist Roberto Baraldi and cellist Emanuele Silvestri in a harmonious interplay of strings and piano led by Chung himself. The evening culminates with Johannes Brahms’ profound Symphony No. 4 in E minor op. 98, a pinnacle of Romanticism, exploring poignant depths and symphonic mastery.
