Massimiliano Grotto is an accomplished Italian pianist with a strong passion for classical music. Born in 1976, he began his musical journey at a young age, studying under the tutelage of pianist and composer Giuseppe Ficara. He later graduated with honors from the Conservatorio di Musica “Benedetto Marcello” in Venice.
Grotto has since gone on to perform in some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome, and the Berlin Philharmonie. He has also collaborated with renowned conductors such as Riccardo Muti and Zubin Mehta.
On May 24, 2023, Grotto will perform at the Sale Apollinee of the Teatro La Fenice in a concert organized in collaboration with the Archivio Musicale Guido Alberto Fano Onlus. The program of the evening includes works by Giuseppe Martucci, Guido Alberto Fano, and Franz Schubert.
