Massimiliano Caldi conducts the Orchestra of the Teatro La Fenice and the soloists of the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory in Venice with the following program:
- Gabriel Pierné, Concertstück for harp and orchestra Op. 39, with the participation of Rebecca Vian on the harp
- Franz Liszt, Totentanz S.126 for piano and orchestra, with the participation of Simone Mao on the piano
- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Concerto for piano and orchestra n. 25 in C major K 503, with the participation of Dario Falcone on the piano
With a wide experience in both symphonic and opera fields, a particular attention to contemporary music and to the enhancement of 19th century works out of the repertoire and a conducting style always brilliant and linear, the Milanese conductor Massimiliano Caldi stands out for his great professional preparation transmitted to him by his masters Gallini, Acél, Bellugi, Renzetti, Gatti, Chung and Temirkanov. Caldi is loved by orchestras for his interpretative coherence, musical taste but also for his human qualities.
