On December 10 and 11, 2022, “All I want for Christmas is…“, the Christmas concert with Big Vocal Orchestra, will be staged at the Goldoni Theater. Directing the choir is maestro Marco Toso Borella, known as the “Leonardo of Venice” for the multiplicity of his artistic performances.
With its more than 200 elements, the Big Vocal Orchestra is the largest vocal ensemble in Italy and Europe, a true artistic phenomenon in the city of Venice. A single huge choir that surprises with the impressive effect of the quantity of voices and involves the audience with the choice of an absolutely original and unpredictable repertoire interpreted with great scenic and emotional impact.
The Big Vocal Orchestra brings a unique concert-show to the stage, with songs ranging through many different musical genres: from movie soundtracks to famous songs from musicals, spirituals, contemporary gospel, classical polyphony through some international pop-rock masterpieces to classical works, all with original arrangements accompanied by intense theatrical readings, choreography and video and light effects.
