Concerts conducted on the piano by Asher Fisch will be held on Saturday, December 10 and Sunday, December 11, 2022 at La Fenice Theater.

Asher Fisch is an Israeli conductor. He has taken his wide-ranging opera repertoire to the world’s greatest theaters, also serving as Music Director at the Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv and the Volksoper in Vienna. His concert activity is also intense, including as a pianist. Among the orchestras he has conducted: The Chicago Symphony, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra, Berlin Philharmonic, Israel Philharmonic, and NHK Tokyo.

The program for the two evenings includes:

  • Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Piano Concerto No. 24 KV 491
  • Johannes Brahms, Symphony No. 2 Op. 73
