Born in Genoa in 1977, Andrea Bacchetti began his career at a very young age. He made his debut at the age of 11 in the Sala Verdi of the Milan Conservatory with the Solisti Veneti directed by Claudio Scimone.
Internationally renowned musicians such as Herbert von Karajan, Nikita Magaloff, Luciano Berio, Mieczysław Horszowski, Francesco Siciliani contribute to his musical training.
In addition to his activity as a concert player, performing in the greatest institutions and festivals around the world with many important international orchestras, Bacchetti is involved in various recording projects dedicated to his maestro Luciano Berio and to some of the most important classical composers. In recent years he has carried out several prestigious collaborations with great Italian classical and pop musicians.
