The International Gallery of Modern Art “Ca’ Pesaro” in collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice dedicates two months to “Paper Design” and the many creative possibilities associated with the use of paper.
Focused around an exhibition where the best works produced during the Academy’s “Paper Technologies” course held by prof. Dario Cestaro who, in addition to publishing, artistic, and academic activities, has been conducting creative workshops of the MUVE Education Department of the Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia for about 20 years.
The theme chosen for the 2021/22 edition of the exhibition is “Paper house“, with reflections on the value assumed by homes during confinement, what they represented and how they were experienced by each of the artists represented in the exhibition. During the period of the exhibition, some educational activities will be offered such as workshops for families, workshops for children and workshops for adults. These activities will be organized by MUVE Education and managed by Dario Cestaro, assisted by some students.
